It's very unfortunate to bring into your kind notice that I have booked Thar LXD MT 4WD HT B6 on 16th Aug 2021 with Unnati Motors, (MIDC, Yavatmal, Maharashtra) and was assured that the delivery of the vehicle will be on or before 12th Mar 2022 (Same mentioned in the booking receipt). However, now it's 28th June 2022 but till now there is no update on delivery.
The time of booking it was told that the vehicle will be delivered maximum by 12th March 2022 but we didn't get it. I have also raised complaint on Mahindra support number and got few contacts from them ( Complaint# CF[protected]) . I have called many times to all the contacts which I do have from Mahindra Motors but no one given a proper response and also no one called me back for any update till day.
It's only told me that, from the backend department, some technical issue has happened, due to which they are not receiving any new allotment for their showroom. And even they are not able to confirm the delivery date as well.
If the issue is between Mahindra and Showroom, then why should I be suffering? I have booked my vehicle and as per the instructions I made all the arrangements but then also I am suffering, Will I get any compensation for the same as you guys failing to deliver the vehicle on time?
My humble request to you all please look into the issue on priority and help me to get my booked vehicle delivered to me ASAP. I hope you all can understand that now it's been too long. I'm waiting for my booked vehicle.
