I'm Harish Pujari owner on Mahindra XUV500 my vehicle number WB12AR5300,
I am very annoyed with the service of your KS Motor Jhotwara, Jaipur Service Center pn code 302012.
I had booked the door handle on the left side of the back door of my car number "WB12AR5300" by talking to Mr Vijay Sharma ji & Mr Anurag ji, it's been a whole month since I booked the handle. When I wanted to get this information from the phone, your service man Mr Vijay Sharma ji said that your part has not come from Mahindra's side yet, but the handle of my car had arrived in the workshop and that handle was installed in someone else's others car also without my permission and I was misled.
One, your service of " KS MOTER SERVICE CENTRE JHOTWARA JAIPUR" is not good, there is more service charge than part. In your KS Motor Service Center, you do not have unqualified service engineers and technicians in this service center who do not know how to service the car properly.
Parts of my Car no WB12AR5300 that I booked for my car, those parts are put in someone else's car without my permission, such is your Mahindra service.
Your Mahindra service in Jaipur is very bad which I can't even imagine.
