Hi Mahindra thank you for wasting my past 3 months to wait for xuv300 to get billed. I am extremely disappointed with the dealer CAI MAHINDRA, COIMBATORE, TAMILNADU and with mahindra also. I am going to cancel my booking after waiting for 3 months. You promise to deliver the car within a month and then delay it by 3 months. Why should you set up unrealistic expectations for yourself and for others? Every time we contact the centre, they extend the timelines by a couple of weeks and expect us to be completely give in. Beyond a point, one simply cannot put up with this, especially since we invest so much money, efforts and time into it. We believe you also offer a reliable customer service in addition to the car. Time is so important for everyone. I am regretting choosing Mahindra product as my first choice due to the absolute poor customer service. You should take the customers serious enough to let them know of the real waiting period, you are just ruining your brand repute by taking advantage of customers. Was this information helpful? |
