[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — Wrong commitment and poor service from customer executive and Showroom manager | |||
We have booked our vehicle Bolero N4 on 30th august 2021 at M/s. M.m.vora anand (gujarat) . This vehicle was booked due to tender was awarded to us from govt organization. Till today we have not been provided any vehicle. But whenever we follow up for status, they are responding rigidly and they behave like they don't care for customers and customers have not any other choice. Even after so many follow-ups, they don't pick up the call and respond positively. Was this information helpful? | |||
