We own XUV 500 bought in April 2021. When we initially bought the car we faced oil leakage problem. It took 2 months for M&M to resolve the issue. Later some how the issue was fixed. Then our Car met with an Accident and an insurance claim of 5 lakh was made. It took 3 months for M&M to hand over the Vehicle. Last month that is Aug 2022 we faced a major issue where the pickup drastically dropped and a black smoke started emitting. The Car is in M&M service centre and still they are not able to diagnose the issue. when ever we ask them they say they will let us know and no actions are taken on this. In total the car has been in M&M service centre for a period of 6 months.
I really wonder if this the customer service and quality which Mahindra provides to its customers. Is it really worth to pay 21 lakhs for a Car which not even been driven properly and frequently visits M&M service centre.
My only humble request is to help me with a permanent solution or do provide me a better car which is stable and worth the money we have paid. Was this information helpful? |
