Took delivery of brand new XUV300 W8(O) from MM Motors, Selaiyur, Chennai on 5th July 2023. By end of July link rod issue. Still not rectified as the part is in production for pan India. We have been asked to wait for 3 to 4 weeks approximately. On 29th August driver's side window is not coming down. Each time we need to give for service we need to travel 24 kms one way which is difficult considering mileage is only 10Kms/l. No services centres within city limits. When I spoke to the service manager today about these issues he says "only" 2 issues!! Why should a brand new car costing more than 14 lakhs have even a single issue in less than 2 months??!! Really upset for spending our hard earned money on a 3rd class quality car. Due to these type of Indian brands the customers are loosing faith in the quality of the product and after sales service, therefore, we prefer going for international brands.

Dear Sir,
I have availed a vehicle loan from Mahindra and Mahindra Finance Chinsurah Branch. My Loan A/c-6063286
and vehicle registration number is WB15D-5180(BOLERO PICKUP). They have fault to start the ECS System but from my side I had already co-operate with them and fulfill all their needs and gave them cheque for not to delay or default in my loan A/c.I have completed my loan account in 48 easy EMI payment. After completion of my loan A/c when I asked for the NOC letter from the authority, they clearly ignored me and misbehaved with me and asked for cash money to collect the NOC letter from them. Please look into this matter and fix it as soon as early.
