Respected sir,
due to accidental damage of my xuv300 on 17th november 2021, my car went into the repair status in one of the authorized workshop of mahindra.The vehicle & workshop details are as follows:-

2. Workshop - raj india auto pvt ltd-varanasi
3. Reg. No. - up64aq5451
the vehicle was due to deliver me on 23th december 2021 but due to unavailability of certain parts the car delivery has been postponed indefinitely.
On enquiring the workshop manager he is unclear and unable to provide me with any of the details and instead asked me to search and provide the parts left to get the car.
With such a prolonged time duration of not having the car i am facing a daily issue of not having a convenience to do my daily work.
Services of mahindra is not adequate to provide the car services on time to the customer. There is no availability of parts to repair the car.
As a customer all the problems are being faced by me with no solution being provided from mahindra workshop. Calling and enquiring about the car for several times has left me in despair to what the workshop capability at mahindra really is & made me questioned whether i did a mistake in buying a mahindra car.
Please look into the matter so that i can get my car as soon as possible .
