Mahindra And Mahindra — XUV300/Facing issues with new car and pathetic after service

We bought our new XUV 300 Auto in Nov 2021. Since last 2 months we have recurring problem with the wheels. Rear wheel is making this annoying sound. First time the service advisor said plastic bag was entangled in the rear wheel because of which vehicle made the noise. There was no proof produced for this even after asking for it. The second time same issue reoccurred just in 2 weeks. The service advisors says it is due to resting the vehicle for more than 2-3 days with hand brake on. The brake pad is damaged due to this. When asked for email in this regards, the reason mentioned in email is completely different.
