Multiple Emails to Mahindra Auto Customer care team but their is no response of my any mail sofar, mail objective was to notify you about the following 02 issues I am facing with:-
1. Without my Knowledge and consent booking of my Mahindra XUV700 with Order No. OTF22A001056 has been cancelled from the back end. which I booked on the introductory date of the vehicle i.e., 07th of October 2021. and later again without my knowledge and consent a new order number with OTF22A001265 has been created from the back-end because of which I am getting a delayed delivery date.For your reference, I am enclosing you the receipt of the vehicle booked on 07 October 2021
2. Earlier, as suggested by Mahindra Auto, I switched to a new variant introduced by them "Mahindra XUV700 Smart" with an objective to change the vehicle colour I booked. Booking details of New variant "Smart" I booked was as follows:-
Vehicle: Mahindra XUV700
Model: AX7 SMART, Automatic, Petrol
Colour: Everest White
Mahindra Auto later decided not to bring out their Smart variant of XUV700, but I would like to request to do me a favor for changing the vehicle color from "Dazzling Silver" to "Everest White" in my existing booking of XUV700 Luxury, as you have considered under while offering the XUV Smart Variant.
It's fine if you may not be able to reduce the timeline, but it would be great if you could change the color of the vehicle as requested.
I have been trying to contact Mahindra for the past several months but there is no response. Was this information helpful? |
