Mahindra Bolero — I am complaining on the parts or jeep

Dear Sir,

we have given our company vehicle Hp66A3347 for service on dated 11.06.2022. shaft is broken at end of (gulla ).shaft is change in tha garrenty period .but the mahindra service provider.not change tha shaft on this time .. the work is so small .but they don't care about it ..plz sir take a action on it
