[Resolved]  Mahindra Duro Dz — Battery Replacement under warranty period

My Duro Dz battery has gone weak before one year from the date of purchase. I myself sent the battery to Exide company thru its dealer for replacement. But Exide company says it is out of warranty from the date of manufacturing as per its code on the battery. Then I gave the battery to Navneet Automobiles. Panvel for replacement of the battery from Mahindra two wheelers on 6th September 2014 and still awaiting for the new battery. Neither the dealer nor the service responds, its delayed very badly. Even the mahindra customer care is very worst. They say call back will be arranged thru territor y manager but no body bothers to call back. Now I am in soup for just Rs.1600/- worth battery despite spending 55000 for buying the vehicle. My humble request to other people is that please never buy any of the Mahindra products. Neither the products nor their service is worth it. It is the worst ever I have seen till date... Regards Vijaya Baskar [protected]

When I ask the dealer for the battery, he says the battery has not come from Mahindra Company. He says even his regular battery supplies fr
om Mahindra is delayed. When I talk to Mahindra customer care, they simply everytime say that call back will be arranged, but noting happens in realty.
