[Resolved] Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — delay in transfer of registration | |||
I had paid for a celerio on june 3rd, 2019.. The car was delivered on june 7th. We were assured that the registration would be done soon and. The papers would be handed to us in 4 weeks. I am a 56 year old cancer survivor and my husband is a senior citizen. So we were apprehensive about taking the car out without any insurance in our name and told them we would not take it out as we can't deal with any hassles in case of an accident. They assured that it would be applied for the very next day. When we contacted them on july 4, they were very evasive and would not give any answer. When we insisted on seeing the copy of application for transfer, they sent it after a few days and we found out that they have applied only on july 7th. I have not been able to take the car out. This is no way to treat old people whom they feel are helpless. We bought from them because we thought mahindra is an honest company. Was this information helpful? | |||
