I am really frustrated for this now. I purchased scorpio s10 on oct 10, 2014 from supreme motors hisar and from day 1 the mic for phone connectivity Through blue Tooth is not working. Vehicle has gone to workshop for atleast 10 times excluding 5 visits to electronic out sourcing unit kamiya electronics hisar. All it Requires is change of wire harness and they dont have that. They will open entire console and then repeat old procedures. Yesterday workshop of supreme motors at hisar haryana promised to rectify the problem but again same result. new vehicle has been opened umpteenth time by people who have probably no skills to work on high end vehicles.
From last 48 hrs i have made two calls to customer care and again no response except for promises.
I should be given time frame and reasons be explaoned for the inordinate delay in rectifying such a small prpblem. Was this information helpful? |

We need to come up with some rigorous and violent idea to bring all the MFC victims on a single and much larger platform that addresses their attention and the company finally wakes up to address its customers grievances.
