On 2008 I purchased a Mahindra Scorpio from Trivandrum TVS Branch(KL-16-E-3865). Last few years I experienced Clutch disc failure 6 times with a frequency of 5000 KMs. Last time the dealer had brought modified clutch disc from Delhi and solved the issue, and the dealer assured that the problem will never come again. It was fine for next 10000 KMs and on 15-08-14 the same complaint repeated near to Attingal on the way to Trivandrum and the Car has stopped there and by using recovery vehicle it is moved to Workshop.
When I attempted to resolve the issues with the dealership, I was rudely treated by employees.
I have suffered a great deal of personal hardship, including lost wages and emotional distress, trying to resolve this issue. Please immediately investigate how this has occurred and contact me at your earliest convenience so we can discuss appropriate compensation, otherwise I will go for legal action.
