Dear Sir, I have purchased a new car in the month of October 2021. Only 3300 KM were covered by a new car so far. In the month of November i faced a problem that the car was unable to start the same was informed to the concerned dealer. It was informed to me that there is a problem in the battery and the same was replaced by the dealer bu the problem remains the same. After sometime the same issue occurred again and battery was replaced 3 more times but the issue not resolved. It is car that a faulty car was delivered to me by your authorized dealer. In the light of above you are requested to intervene in this matter and please return my hard earned money as i dont have trust in Mahindra & Mahindra any more. Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 04, 2022 Updated by Manjiv The dealer had called and collected the faulty XUV 300 from me but till date they have not informed me about anything. I had to call them several times to inquire about my car. But every time they had the same reply that our technicians are looking into the matter. This complaint is the last chance to Mahindra & Mahindra to replace my faulty car or refund my complete payment along with compensation for harassment caused to me, otherwise I will be compelled to initiate legal proceedings.
