[Resolved] Mahindra & Mahindra — fuel injection problem | |||
To, The Manager, Customer care, Mahindra and Mahindra sir/mam, I am exploited by the mechanics or service manager of Deep Automobile service centre Ballia, after regular servicing and maintinance of MAH XYLO D4 MDI CRDE BS3 2WD 7SF W DW [UP60 R 9551] since 26/11/2014, when I feel some unexpected vibration in engion I visited agency where they replace fuel filter cartridge. Late evening I returned back to home. But problem still persist and vibration increased more.Next day on 27/11/2014 I again visited agency for the same problem. They checked cooling system- flush and send me back. But problem is as the same. Again I visited agency on 28/11/2014. But they did not satisfied me and called me on 29/11/2014. I was there for whole day but problem is not solved. They reported me that fuel injector is not functioning and it has to be replaced. And before replacing they making pressure to submit 36000 to 40000 Rupee in advance. I am shocked and surprised.I asked them how do I belive on you? I told them Vehicle is under warranty. I purchased my vehicle on 04 sept.2012 and mileage is 59591 kms. Dear sir I am harassed by them for five days.
