Mahindra & Mahindra — Mahindra scorpio gear shifting problem

I have the car from mahindra koncept lajpat nagar delhi. I have sent car for repairing to okhla koncept sevice station for gear shifting for 15 to 20 times for same problem and car is still in warranty but they dont want to solve the problem.
