Mahindra & Mahindra — Pathetic spares of xuv500.. A struggle | |||||
Hi, I bought XUV500 Top model in 2012 and since I have a second vehicle I use it less and so far the vehicle has run for 45000 kms only but very sad to see the spares which has created me a huge struggle for last few months and I am literally struggling with the dealer pathetic support(Silver Jubilee Motors, Pune Maharashtra)and poor spares used in the vehicle, I am embarrassed many times in crowd when gear got stuck and not shifted. The most critical issue is, at times vehicle is not getting started and my family is unnecessary troubled and keep cursing me for buying this vehicle. No support getting from dealership as they have a clear say that it's crossed warranty period and needs to be paid around 65000/- for both resolution. Now the fact I am revealing on which I fighting with them ; in Nov 2014 I have given my first complaint of vehicle not starting along with the regular servicing the RM has verbally said we have updated the software, later I took a roadside assistance, again I interacted with new RM as the previous has left and he also checked and said it is ok now such more instances happened, all the RM's kept leaving the job, it was a very high employee attrition. I am very shocked to see that a premium vehice has got so many issues within 45000 kms, how? I request Mahindra to help me and make me a satisfied customer.
