I ordered my food through titbit online and order was accepted by restaurant. I ordered on 22nd nov 8.22pm and food was suppose to be delivered by 9.21pm. At 9.30 i received call from restaurant for delay in delivery because of little rain . I spoke to there manager Mr. Thappa & told him send food by autorikshaw and I will pay the fare money and Mr. Thapa said ok to him and assured me food will be delivered in 30mints. Then after waiting so long i received call from Mr. Thapa at 10.30 stating can't deliver order because No Auto available. Mr. Thapa was not even sorry for anything.
Its unacceptable the behaviour of restaurant and Manager. Like this restaurant should be shut for unprofessionalism . Was this information helpful? |
