[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Refund amount not received | |||
Booking ID: NF[protected] I booked the flight from Delhi to Chennai on 30th December 2014 through Make My Trip, but at that time I received a message from goAir, that your flight has been cancelled on the day. They (goAir) transferred the full amount (19, 190) to "Make My Trip" agent, but still I'm not received the remaining amount (rs 17, 963). The Total amount needed to be refund is rs "19, 190", but I received the amount is rs "1, 227" only. I reached lot of times through your customer care center, but there is no response to refund my amount. They were always said, you've to wait one more week for your refund, but its completed more than 25 days. What is process is going on. I was totally disappointed on your services on refunding my balance amount. Take a necessary steps for refunding my remaining amount(19, 190) asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

Booking ID: NF[protected] I booked the flight from Delhi to Agartala and another link up flight from AGARTALA to KOLKATA Booking id :NF[protected] on 16th December 2014 through Make My Trip, but on 26th Dec 2014 I received a message from SPICEJET, that your flight has been cancelled "DUE TO SOME OPERATIONAL REASONS" on the day. They (SPICEJET) transferred the full amount to "Make My Trip" agent, but still I haven't received the amount .I have called them many time, but there is no response to refund my amount. They always said, you've to wait...

IN1505B1S189688 booking ID.we had booked a thailand package via make my trip.Mr. Padam Thakur arranged it.we reached Bangkok airport by 25 th night no one came to pick us.whole night we had to spend at airport.next day morning when we came to know that our package was not confirmed to pattaya agency people, so no one came to pick.we contacted make my trip, it was asked to take self transportation & later it will be refunded.we had already paid for pick & drop.also one day hotel rent.we claimed for refund amount.till date no response

Domestic Flight Cancilation
I had booked a return flight from Delhi Mumbai vide id no NF[protected] this was on 8th May 2016 but till date I have not received the refund but I was confirmed that it will be cerdited to my a/c in 5 to 6 working days. Dear Ranjeet Ganguly
