[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Refund from MMT not completed, Even after MMT got the refund from airline. | |||
This is seriously ridiculous service from your MMT team, No one contacted me till date to resolve my problem neither is your customer care people helping me when I’m calling, they just keep on transferring me from one department to another it’s like a loop no one knows who is responsible. Anyways coming back to my query, this is regarding refund of my flight meal which was cancelled. Details are as follow:- Date of travel – 11th of March 2015 from Bengaluru to Kolkata Flight No -- SG 528 No of Passengers – 4 Date of return – 18th of March 2015 from Kolkata to Bengaluru Flight No -- SG 529 No of Passengers – 4 I had booked for meals for both flight (Departure and Arrival), But the Spicejet cancelled the meals and refunded the charges for meals, now the refund has to come from MMT. I called up spicejet airline they have confirmed stating that the refund has already been done from there end. Now have some courtesy and please tell me when will MMT refund, if already refunded please tell me the date when it was refunded and to which card? Thanks, Raj Was this information helpful? | |||
