[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — Yet not received the full refund against flight cancellation

My Spicejet flight from kolkata to kerala got cancelled due to non-operational reason in the month of December, 2014.I had booked this flight via makemytrip online portal. As per the discussion with makemytrip customer care, i raised a cancellation as well as refund request against this booking on 3rd January, 2015. Yet I have not received the whole refund amount, makemytrip have refunded only partial amount. As per the email communication from makemytrip I was supposed to get an amount of 21048 INR but makemytrip have refunded only an amount of 20020 INR. So the difference between the refunded amount and the actual amount to be refunded is 1028 INR. I have already talked to the makemytrip customer care as well as raised service request with makemytrip for which the reference ID is [[protected]] but yet there is no response from makemytrip. Requesting you to please look into this issue and help me in getting rest of the refund amount.
