MMT, i have contacted them separately and they are sending same typical reply which i donot agree
i wish to say that i have paid for 4star property and they provided me a ordinary budget hotel at UDAIPUR
PL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE FOR REFUNDING THE DIFFERENTIAL AMMOUNT

Further in regards to your complaint, please note that during your stay we have specially spoken to Hotel GM and has made assure regarding all the facilities to be provided for which guest were being agreed. Hence now as a onetime goodwill gesture we can offer you a voucher for INR 500 which you would be utilize for future booking, if same is being acceptable then kindly advise us further.

Refund of airfare
I have not yet received 4500 INR which was refunded by Spicejet to Make My Trip on 12th February, 2015. My booking ID:-NF[protected] and they are giving wrong information and misguiding since one month.39%
