Always fake promises. Customer support is full of people with no knowledge on what they are saying. Expected delivery of a product on a particular day and ended up in waiting for the product to be shipped atleast for several days.

Customer care is a bunch of BOT machines who will reply only the same thing everyday. Within 48 Hours shipment will happen and seems like this...

I have a complaint against order[protected] placed at Malabar Golds. I ordered it on 7/7/2021. They say one month for manufacturing. It has been more than more than one month . Date of dispatch they communicated is Aug 12th. Now there is no update from them. I either want the product on time or my money back. These people offer the worst service....

I purchased a short baby chain by Dec 2020, where in the Manager and his team convinced me that it will have a good life.

I have placed an order on May 11 2021, order number ending 2243 from Malabar gold website. I still did not receive the order and it’s almost been 2 months now. Customer care numbers won’t work and their care.in email won’t respond properly....

I have placed an order online on 31 may 2021 and it showed that the product would be shipped on 28th June and when the did not adhere to the schedule I contacted them again.THen they told that it will be shipped in 1st of July..now they say it will be shipped in 2 week of July.. they do not respond properly to email....
