Manipal Hospital — First dose of covid vaccine taken on 10th April but unable to find out the name of the vaccine by Manipal Hospital

Please provide me the name of the vaccine given on 10th April as a first dose.
I was vaccinated my first dose of Covid vaccine on 10th April but it was not updated on the portal by hospital staff.
I have not received any msg also.
There is no response from the hospital nursing staff on phone. I visited hospital to find out the name of the vaccine but hospital staff were unable to to respond.
Kindly suggest me how to take the second dose without knowing the name of the vaccine of first dose
