I have been waiting with by senior citizen Mother from 3pm today evening in the Emergency. First of all there is utter chaos in the Emergency, patients coming in constantly while nothing is organized. All they asked us was to wait for 5mins every time we asked. Even after 2 hours, things didn't change. When we started asking, one particular nurse named Padma BR started shouting. This is really unacceptable behavior. I have been visiting Manipal when this was only one hospital in HAL, but as you grow, the quality degrades?!!! I particularly want to mention not to keep such impatient ppl like Padma BR to handle patients. I fear she will be also shouting at patients in wards.
