[Resolved]  Manipal University — Admission amount refund not received

On 19/3/2023 i was searching online for BBA admission, i got a call from manipal university councellor Arnab Ghosh and he informed there are only 2 seats available for BBA course and and today would be the last date for admission and he forced me to make the admission and through the website I paid the admission amount 20, 000
through credit card on EMI,

After two days I got a mail stating my admission has been rejected and to get the refund i have to wait for 40 days, i contacted customer support multiple times and asked them to refund the money on priority basis so that i can avoid my credit card EMI interest & processing fee but there is no proper response and i still didn't get my money back
