Marg Compusoft — Paid money to a agent for renew license but more than 2 months not renewed

Hello sir
it been 2 months I have paid money to Mr. Neeraj Bathla, MARG agent in Fazilka, Punjab
I have paid Rs. 3300 via paytm and Rs.1000 via cash and its been more than 2 months. Like companyis rejceting etc etc. tried to contact company many times about this problem but no action yet
