This is totally incorrect as the so-called honey is still semi solid sugar after keeping in warm water and in the sun.

Crystallization of honey is a natural phenomenon and at lower temperatures or sometimes during storage, honey tends to crystallize and this appears to be solidified or like crystals as noticed by you. Different varieties of honey will crystallize at different rates, and a few not at all.
