Saffola Honey is 100% pure, free from added sugars & free from any form of adulteration. Honey is a natural product and is supersaturated solution of glucose, fructose etc. Crystallization of honey is a natural phenomenon and is an indicator of purity of honey. During crystallization, the glucose in honey precipitates out and this appears to be solidified or like crystals as noticed by you. Different varieties of honey will crystallize at different rates, and a few not at all. Saffola Honey is pure, even if it crystallizes and it is completely safe to consume. The crystallization aspect has also been clearly declared on the Saffola pack label.
