Marico Ltd — Non received of family pension fund - fpf no - mh/38904/130

I left the job from marico ltd on 31/05/1996, as company having their own trust, i received my providend fund at the time of my leaving job, but unfortunately i not yet received my family pension from the pf department of maharastra govt' as my mother is suffering cacer last10years financialy i need this money urgently' as my previous employer marico ltd informed me that they send all necessary papers to the maharastra department for releasing my family pension . I will be highly greatfull if you kindly look into the matter sy mpathetically. Kindly let me know the further course of action takes from my side.
