I bought an AO Smith Water heater from Lowe's. Which turned out to be the wrong one. The Customer Service needs work. We have been talked down to because of an honest mistake on a little kid not know any more about hot water heater than we did. Eight hundred dollars is just not a little drop in a bucket. These people talked all kinds of smart to us. I think it there is a better to tell a person that you just opened a window and threw away that much money. Other than i quote a plumber would have known the difference in the water heaters. Was this information helpful? |
