Marks And Spencer — Received defective product .Raised Return request.Nobody is coming to pick return

I have ordered a dress for Christmas which arrived late and was defective.I raised return request immediately but nobody is coming to pick the return.Raised complaint by calling customer care.they said they will escalate the matter.No response to emails.
