Cash Txn Chgs-Branch-Mar 22+GST

Hi,

I am icici account holder, Spetember'29th 2021 my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Mar22+GST" charges.

I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behaviour about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction...
