Maruti Insurance — Regarding car repairing under insurance policy

I have sent my car to nanda maruti agency(gandhinagar) for further repairing under my insurance policy . my swift dezire no GJ-18BD 9879 but they are telling that
they will do only one side(left) repairing only.

As per your insurance policy full repairing must done but now your insurance representative Mr.Rajnish Rai is telling we will do only half .

please draw your attention to my problem.
