Maruti Insurance — Unaccebtable Service of Executive Maruti Insurance Person (Ms Ananya Sen Halder)

Dear Sir, I own the most valuable brand Maruti Swift VXI Car since last 2 years. Against it I had taken the Insurance from Maruti Service Showroom (Pebco Motors, Jamshedpur). My Insurance was expired on 14th July'15 & I went to Showroom for renewal on 24th July'15 She has told me that since the Insurance has been expired, there needs the survey of Car. I told her to get it done at my home, which was done timely on 25th July'15 On the next day, when I went to showroom to take the status of Insurance, she was not present in office & the other person told me that they are not getting the photo of Surveyed vehicle in the system On 27th July'15, when again I went to showroom then she told me that by mistake the person has communicated you the wrong information. Photo is available. I asked her about the status of Insurance then she asked me that, have yo receieved any if the approval call. I told her no. She told me to deposit the money against the Insurance & on receiving of approval they will intimate us about it. I deposit the insurance premium of Rs 9, 128/-. I had not receieved any of the call till 31st Aug'15. I went to showroom again on 31st Aug'15, then she again asked me (Have you receieved any of the approval call. I told them "No". She told me to check again on 1st Aug'15. When I went to showroom on the next day, then she has told me that the approval date was wrongly entered in the system by them & due to this approval request was rejected. They had rectified it. She told me to collect the Insurance certificate on 3rd Aug'15 in the noon. When I was on the way to collect the Insurance certificate, I received the call from her that there is some problem in the system, so please don't come. Again on 4rth Aug'15, I went to showroom in the noon, she told me to wait for sometime. I waited for 25 minutes & finally after the so much of difficulty, I receieved the certificate. She told me that there is a scheme & against the scheme I will get the "Free service coupon & Perfume" against the Insurance renewal. But she told me to come on 5th Aug'15. When I went to showroom at 1 pm then she told me that the respective person (Mr Anup) went to collect the Kits from the service Centre, so please come on 3 pm & she will advise Mr Vikram to keep it with him & told me to collect it from him as she will join the office aftr lunch at 3.30 pm. When I again went to showroom on 3 pm then, Mr Vikram told me that she has not receieved any of the advise from her & I had to come without the respective Kits. I am totally frustated with such type of service.
