Gave my car for service on 16th April to MSM chennai branch. When they pickup at home they confirmed that will be delivered on the same day. No one contacted me after that. I called them in the after noon to MSM reception and inquired. After 1hr, a mechanic called me and promised of delivering the vehicle on 17th April. Today 20th April. Visited their office in the after noon. They said everything done, will deliver the car today. When called them in the evening they said, they found crow on my car, so can not be delivered today.
