Maruti Service Master Complaints & Reviews

I had only one key for my car since another key was missed.
I had given a request letter with copy of RC, Insurance doc and address proof and paid Rs. 2000 vide RT No. OR176078 dated 04/02/2024
MSM personals had forgotten to raise PO for Key. After so many calls and follow up, MSM manager asked me one more request letter for additional keys on 05/03/2024.
On arrival of new keys, my car was taken for key replacement...

My name is Sonia. My car number is HRN 0999 was car for service on 24th November and the center is in wazirpur. The washing and the service of the car was extremely poor and pathetic. Even while driving the associate Mr. Nikhil hit the car and scratched it, because of this situation I had to go back to wazirpur. The car is currently in Haryana and the bolts and screws fell off the car today. Even it is making noise while starting....

I am one of the proud owner for Maruti car and when I was searching for a good center for service, i heard the name "Maruti Service Master (MSM Service)" is the best in the market. And i had give my vehicle for service for the fist time, they did really a good job with a reasonable price..

And am satisfied with the service and continued giving it for the frequent services, and here comes the problem..br...

Gave my car for service on 16th April to MSM chennai branch. When they pickup at home they confirmed that will be delivered on the same day. No one contacted me after that. I called them in the after noon to MSM reception and inquired. After 1hr, a mechanic called me and promised of delivering the vehicle on 17th April. Today 20th April. Visited their office in the after noon. They said everything done, will deliver the car today. When called...

Dear Sir,
I have complaint so many times of excessive tyre noise in my car No. DL13CA-7452. But till yet not any appropriate action has been taken. kindly check my car's history how many times I had asked for this same complaint, kindly instruct these guys to take necessary action & try to solve my query ASAP. Since December 2009 (date of purchase), our car is going for all the services from free to paid to MARUTI SERVICE MASTER (MSM) at okhla however there are loads of communication, servicing & reliability failures...
