Maruti Suzuki — About Engine Oil & service

I have a Alto LXI, when i took my car for servicing they put loose engine oil instead of sealed jar & when i ask to show me the container they didn"t show me.They told me all the charges wiill be include in paid service but after work they charged me extra 1800 rupees.
