Maruti Suzuki Alto — Very irresponsible and negligence sales person in Kalyani motors - Bangalore *Critical priority

Hi All, This is C. Eswariah from Bangalore, I am very unhappy with the Kalyani motors sales officer and lead that they behaved with us. Issue Description [protected][protected] On 14th March we booked the Wagon R LXI model car with the Alto Basic model car as exchange offer. The person named Mahesh (Mob no. [protected]) came from Kalyani motors came to our home and checked our old Alto car, he came with the Maruti True Value person named Babu (Mob no [protected]) True Value person checked the car and he told the car price as 2, 05, 0000. New Wagon R LXI car price 5, 08, 000. The total exchange offer with Bonus price for old car they told as Exchange offer : 20, 0000. Consumer Offer : 25, 000 Old car Price : 2, 05, 000 Total : 2, 50, 000. Remaining amount will be paid by EMI in Sundaram Finance this process is already completed. As agreement they told that they will deliver the car by 25th March. From 14th to 24th March they had not provided any update and they dint even bother to contact us. On 24th evening we only called to Mahesh he informed that Wagon R car has no stock but later we get to know that the car was available in the showroom with enough stock but they had some internal problem may be from True value side. On 25th at 11:00 AM we called to Sales GM S N Shetty he told that he is out of office and will investigatee on the issue tomorrow(26th March). On 26th March we only called to Shetty but he dint receive call and sent message that he is busy and will call later but till now he dint callus. On 25th we called to Maruti Customer care they gave the Bangalore Maruti Sales Manger named Uday Kumar(Mob no.[protected] one lady picked the call and told that Uday is in meeting and will call back later. Whole day he dint call me, I tried nearly 10 times but same response that Uday is in meeting and will call back later.Today i called at 10:30 she said that in 10 minutes she will give call back but till now she dint call me back later i called now but she is not receiving call. This is been an very Relogant people from Maruti as they don't even bother to attend the customer calls and provide proper response to Customers. I am very Unhappy by all the people behaved that i booked the car on 14th March and till they dint provide any update or even bother to call me.This is the 3rd Maruti car i am using, bit I dint feel this type of issue with any of them.
