Maruti Suzuki — Car not Repaired on time

Hi, My name is Abhinav Agarwal. I belong to Agra, I have purchased maruti swift desire a few months ago and met with an accident recently. I have insurance cover and therefore handed over my car to the service department for cashless claim and repair works to be done. They told me to collect the car on 20 April 2015 but after 2 days i.e. on 22 April 2015 I am still waiting for the car to be repaired. Please help.
