Maruti Suzuki — car's A/c not working

Respected Authority, This to inform you that in the month january 2015 we purchased a Maruti Swift VXI model on 21/1/2015 from popular wheelers ind pvt ltd near sola bridge SG highway ahmedabad.Its chasis no. is 814054, engine no. is 1520973 and Car no.GJ27AH3803. It is very much unfortunate to inform you that after three months of deleivery of my car.Its A/C is not working properly and also after servicing 2 times, still I am finding the same problem, may be because of the manufacturing defect and also the car was not properly serviced, with no response to our complaint.
