Dear Maruti Suzuki I purchased Tata Indica XETA V2 Petrol + CNG few days before from MAGIC AUTO PVT LTD A-25/34 Connaught Place New Delhi 110001 for INR 70, 000 . At the time of purchasing they told me it is in good condition and you need to spend maximum Rs 2000 for tripping of AC. I want to inform you I have spent Rs 10000 till date. Vehicle Number DL 3C W 9904 1. Radiator was completely bad, I put new for 3000+300(mechanic) 2. Servicing ( Engine oil, Oil filter, Air filter Box ) : 2600 Now the problem of AC is Still not Solved, And I am getting Very Low Mileage due to Missing in Accelerator. Some Mechanic says 15000, some says 20000 and some says 25000. I purchased this vehicle by trusting Magic Auto as an authorised dealer of Maruti Suzuki, I dont have technical Knowledge of these things. I tried to contact Magic Auto personnel they are not giving me any good response. Instead they are telling me why did you spent on purchasing new equipment for that Car. I dint expect these things from Maruti Suzuki. Please check where can i get help from. I am a student and I cant spent money everyday in this car. I am really frustated with this Car. You are just collecting car from Customer at 30-40K and without repairing it You sell it to another customer at 70, 000. I want that you should refund my money or give me a different CAR.
