We had booked a ertiga zxi plus from excell autovista kharghar, navi mumbai on 29/12/15 and made full payment on 31/12. We went twice for delivery of our car but astonished today after they tried to cheat us by changing the bumber of other vehicle in the car shown to us. Actually there were scratches/ mark on few points and they tried to cheat us by replacing the chrome from other vehicle. We hv pictures of the same. Kindly look into this how customers are cheated in maruti, the largest car manufacturer india. Either we want new car or our money should be refunded with interest / demurraage.
