[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Compaint against Peaks Auto Pvt. Ltd for Cheating Customers.

We have booked a Desire ZDI (G/G) on 7th of August and made advance/booking payment of Rs.15000/- against Recipt no:98160 (Peaks Auto Pvt. Ltd ) dated: 07.08.2014 and thereafter we have been pressurised to transfer Rs.1Lac to their account CC311 in J&K Bank Ltd. B/U Barzull, Sringar which we made on 12th of August 2014(receipt enclosed for your reference). At the time of booking we have been promised that the vehicle will be delivered with 20 days of maximum time but they failed to so and when we approached the concerned officials of the Peaks Auto Pvt. Ltd for the delivery of the vehicle they told us that they cannot deliver the vehicle of our choice as per our booking. There after we tried to contact the Manager, General manager and M.D of Peaks Auto Pvt. Ltd but the said persons refused to say anything regarding the above captioned subject. We failed to understand on what grounds Maruti Udyoug Ltd. is appointing such dealers whose business is to cheat customers. Their Sales service is very poor that their representatives do not visit customers and customers suffer a lot by visiting their office repeatedly (Because the telephonic responce is very poor and no higher official is connected when a customer calls to their office) which affects the business of the customers. You are therefore requested to look into the matter and make immediate arrangements for the delivery of the vehicle at an earliest or to reimburse our payment along with the penalty failing which we have no other option except to approach the Consumer Court for the Justice. I handed my desire to peaks Kulgam a month earlier for necessary services and recieved a message that vehicle will be delivered to me on 23 january( a month after) but since 23rd they are delaying delivery by one pretext or other. It is pertinent to mention here that I had planned my programme to Jammu accordingly. Devaition in my planned travel have put me under great loss.Please look in the matter and inquire the prolonged delay.

I have bought alto k10 vxi (0) in 2019 but unfortunately it gives only 15 kms of millege.i have checked it somany times and share this issue with ur service representatives so many times but no one has resolved it. I
Have changed so many ways to resolve this issue but nothing improves.
I m tired now from this maruti cars. Kindly suggest me for the best resulation if possible and i[censored] realy wants ur costomers being happy by you.
I hope u will understand my situation and cooperate with me.
