Maruti Suzuki — complaint regarding service

sir i had buyed swift Zdi in april 2013. . there is a problem in cars . headlight . there are some cracks on headlight mirriors. . i went to lovely auto service station jalandhar from where i buyed swift car no PB 08 CK 3660 ON THE NAME OF BALVINDER SINGH MY CELL NO [protected]. but they says me light engennior will come and he will cheak .. . i went lovely autos many times but they says we will inform you whenever engeninor ishwar singh comes. . but there if no call from lovely autos jalandhar. .. please find solution .. your staff is not doing his jab properly and not understanding there responsibility.. .. you can contact me on [protected]...
