Maruti Suzuki — Customer harassment by Max Autos(Authorised Dealer Sangrur Punjab)

Hello Sir I am using Maruti Alto K10 which is June 2014 model having registration number PB-13-AL-1202. I am having all the services according to the service schedule but dealer is not working properly. I have purchased my car from MAX AUTOS SANGRUR and also had all the services from the same dealer workshop. But in my last service, i notice that all the four tyres of my car got plane from the corners and also the front shockers and axels have some noices but dealer don't do anything and just say that due to not having wheel balance tyres got plane but sir i ask you that whoose duty is to done wheel balance during service..???? Should i do it at home...? and also about noises, they said that after running it will be ok but lots of noises are there in my car. Sir i am too much harassed by the dealer. when i take my car to the dealer's workshop and ask for service then its their duty to check everything but they focus only on changing spare parts but dont check other thing like wheel balance or tyre alignment. Now my all te four tyres got palne from inner corner and now tell me whoose fult is this..? Is it my fault or dealers fault...? This dealer is too much harassig the customers.
