Maruti Suzuki — dealers bad service for new ERTIGA ZDI | |||
I m DILIP CHORBELE from PUNE( MAHARASHTRA). I purchased a new car ERTIGA ZDI Grey colour from MAHALAXMI MOTORS( PUNE) and i got delivery on 31st march 2014, the car was not at all wash properly & wafers and many other eatable stuff was found in the seat cover and my car . When i asked the salesman who had came for the delivery of my car he said when my employees where doing work last night they must have forgot to clean . This was not at all expected answer from the authorized dealer of MARUTI SUZUKI . They are also assuring me for RTO passing from last 5 days but still the documents of my car are not recieved in RTO . The RTO officers say that MAHALAXMI automobiles RTO amount is pending so we wont do the next procedures till they pay that amount. I want my car number otherwise please refund my amount I will buy some other car. I have never seen this type of bad service in any MARUTI showrooms ever in PUNE .
