Maruti Suzuki — Due to a change in a particular part my car had a problem for about a month

Hello Sir/Madam, My car maruthi 800 in Ambal auto, Thanneerpandal Road i gave a call because my car had no started in Avanashi Road the person from that showroom came and made it start. After that he said that u have to change the ignition coil i said ok and they changed that one from that time onwards problem started once if we go above 15 or 20 kms there will be a jerk and i say its very difficult to drive the car again i went to rectify in that workshop, they did something but they cant able to rectify the problem immediately they are telling u have to service the Head and it costs nearly Rs. 10, 000/- i said NO. And i came to a conclusion to sell the vehicle also and i have taken to a local mechanic i spent Rs.300/- and he put the same coil (old one which they changed in the company) now its going well. And yesterday i went with the bill for claiming the amount but they refused to give. My question is are they having a good mechanics or simply grabbing the peoples money i am very much dis-appointed about this incident and even my Swift vehicle goes for service in that company only hereafter i will never leave the vehicle for service and i will not refer to anyone about this workshop. The person working there they really dont know anything. This is about my complaint.
