[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Ertiga VDi - 1st gear problem

Hi Maruti Suzuki Team, I am very disappointed with my car and the Maruti service for not resolving my complaint. I bought Ertiga Vdi in June 2012 from Varun Motors Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and this problem with the 1st gear started from around August 2013. The 1st gear wont engage easily and I have mentioned the problem to the service center a couple of times and each time the problem was not taken care off. Now the problem has increased a lot and its an every day hassle for me to drive my car around. Since its been over 2 years that I have bought the car, the car is out of warranty and I was told I will have to pay for the problem to be fixed even though the problem has existed since the car was in warranty and wasn't taken care off then. The Gear Synchroniser along with the clutch plates needs to be replaced as advised. I would really appreciate if immediate action is taken against my problem. We are Maruti Suzuki's loyal customers since more than 25 years and have had various Maruti cars at different times. I hope my problem is taken care off soon. Thanks, Farooqui
